To Track Order:
1) Go to http://qxpress.asia/ then go to the top right, click on [Track/Trace]
2) Insert your tracking number : SGSGXXXXX56
3) You should be able to see your order delivery status
If your parcel is in the their long failed store, please kindly call or email them to reschedule a delivery with you.
Q. I missed an attempt to deliver my item
Driver will attempt to redeliver your parcel (Destination SG STD) in 1~3 working days after delivery failed.
If you haven’t received the parcel within expected period, please contact Qxpress.
Q. What is Long Keep Store?
Qxpress tried deliver your item 3 times, and failed.
Qxpress tried to call you but you did not receive the call.
Qxpress will keep your item at their warehouse in Singapore if the above failed.
