    Hi, very sorry for the late reply. Your order will be on hold until we hear from you again.

    Usually Qxpress delivery company delivers the item 1-2 working days after we dispatch out (ie, we dispatch out on Tue, Qxpress delivers on Wed or Thur).

    As for the delivery timing, we cannot control as it depends on Qxpress and their deliveryman (traffic, route, amount of parcels to deliver etc). We can leave a note on your parcel on your preferred date/time. Alternatively you may wish to call them @ 6661 9100 to request for 5th Dec morning delivery, but it ultimately depends on the deliveryman (no guarantee).

    Is it ok if we dispatch on 3th Dec? Delivery on is 4th / 5th Dec. We will write your preferred date/time on the parcel. Please also call Qxpress on 4th Dec morning to request your preferred timing.
