    Singpost normal mail VS Qxpress delivery

    All parcels are screenshot as proof of posting at Singpost Post Office. Both front (with customer's stated recipient's name and postal address) and back of every parcel will be screenshot. All our parcels are sent at main Singpost Post Office, affixed with Singpost's printed labels. All parcels will then be deposited into Singpost's mail bag, sealed, tied and marked with Singpost's tag. In case of dispute, we will provide proof of posting to Qoo10. When customers opted for Singpost normal mail, Qoo10 system will automatically prompted 'Delivery fee is cheap but ....' We follow customer's preferred mode of delivery. If dispute arises, all correspondences, screenshots proof of mailing, etc will be submitted to Qoo10, We are not liable for any lost mail when parcel is on transit from point of mailing from main Post Office to recipient's location. As such, customers are advised to opt for Qxpress Delivery
