Replacement items will be sent in 3-5 working days.

    Also, we already notified the appropriate department regarding this concern. Rest assured that necessary steps will be taken and product will be inspected once returned to our warehouse.

    But I had already throw away the invoice and also I had already tear off the cap plastic seal because I saw the thing inside when i want to use it, just before opening the cap.
