    [Home Delivery] Things to take note!

    Please kindly take note of the followings after placing your orders:

    1. Any changes to the delivery address, please contact us at least 3 working days before the delivery date that you have chosen previously.
    2. Delivery fee is charged once the purchase (per cart) does not exceed $80. No delivery fee will be refunded if customers wish to combine their purchases from 2 carts into 1 delivery.
    3. Customers have to ensure someone will be available to receive the items and store it in freezer immediately. There will be no second delivery and customers are required to collect from our designated outlets after arrangement.

    After steaming. Thrown away already
    So near to expiry you shouldnt be selling. Dough also lumpy and hard after steaming. Different from first time i purchased after steaming is soft n pillowy

    Just got an update from our QA department regarding the lotus paste bun.
    Kindly refer to the attached image. We only have 1 batch of production left in our warehouse, which expiring on 28/7/2018. We believe your order should be from this batch. The attached image shows the bun in frozen state, after steaming for 10 minutes and 20 minutes. The taste and the texture is okay. If you're referring to the paste turned yellowish, it is actually same as before. The quality has been maintained.

    May I know it's okay if we deliver on Monday 2pm to 5pm? Will there be anyone at home? As we are considering to arrange our own driver instead of using Qx Quick to do the delivery. Thus, we would like to check your availability before arranging with our driver.

    The reason that you are charged $22.85 may be due to your selection of delivery. Please ensure that you only choose 1 type of delivery, either seller delivery or Qx quick.

    It should not charged you any delivery fee if the total order is more than $80.
